Safety
Is Our Specialty
Strict: Operating Procedures Our safety record since 1985 stands for itself.
We monitor LEL before starting the unit and will interrupt
the starting sequence if an alarm conditions exists.
We have no points of ignition hotter than 800 degrees
F.
Once the engine is running, we process
4000 ACFM
of air through the cabinet per engine. And the list
goes on.
In the event of system shutdown based on the automatic
detection of an incorrect operating condition, the
computer can be preprogrammed to restart after verifying
that all operating conditions are correct.
We are committed to
educating our employees through an ongoing safety
program and annual refresher courses to keep our
employees updated to the latest developments in our
industry as well as new OSHA requirements.
The
Phoenix S.A.V.E.™ Controller will not start
the engine when a safety "kill" switch has
been activated, for instance, due to high engine temperature,
low oil pressure or high water level in the moisture
knockout tank.
